State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements
For students living outside the state of Missouri, it is important to have a clear understanding of their state’s rules in taking distance education courses. Logan University will not seek to verify the physical location from which a student is taking an online course. Logan is committed to making all possible good faith efforts to comply with state and federal laws and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Logan University is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA). As such, Logan University is approved to offer distance education in SARA states as defined in the reciprocity agreement.
Logan University strives to provide the highest quality educational experience for all of its students. Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any conflicts within the University through channels as outlined in the Academic Catalog. However, if a conflict does arise, in accordance with federal law (see 34 C.F.R., Section 600.9), Logan University identifies the processes by which students may file complaints about the University with each U.S. state governing board or commission that governs University educational activity.
